Our primary comment about RMGC is “Awesome Quality Work.” Our condominium has 54 units, so does the one next door, and several have been remodeled over the past 10 years by new owners. We have seen most of them when they were close to completion and there is no comparison. As an example we had old windows and sliding doors replaced, as many others have also done, and the process Bob used is far superior to any of the others. We are close to Monterey Bay and get heavy rains and high winds in the winter. His stucco removal and replacement plus the water protection process was outstanding. Others don’t even come close.

Bob’s employees are excellent and his sub-contractors are top notch. Since subs do a high percentage of the work, their attention to detail is also imperative. Our remodel was finished close to the projected time and the only over-budget items were add-ons. We were 3 hours away from the remodel and visited it at 10-14 day intervals. Bob’s management of his workers and subs kept the project on track. RMGC receives our highest recommendation.
